Movie #7 of 2011: Midnight in Paris

June 20, 2011

Viewed at the Embarcadero Theater (3rd theater movie)

In one word? Charming! The plot bounced along nicely, it was funny (and I’m pretty sure I missed a few jokes), and Owen Wilson makes a good Woody Allen. I liked that they didn’t make Rachel McAdam’s character unlikable, just not entirely compatible with our hero. Definitely worth watching.

  1. Woody’s most inspired comedy in years. Charming, and very enjoyable- even if you’re not normally a Woody Allen fan. Good Review, check out mine when you can!
